Drawing inspiration from Greek art, organic forms, theatre and mythology, each MASKES work is built to possess its own presence and personality.
The process is intuitive and deeply tactile. Shapes are formed, layered, painted and embellished until a character begins to emerge — something individual, expressive and made by hand.
